a. How is the rental reservation process ?

(1) send us your reservation details via our “Request a rental reservation” form.

(2) respond to you our confirmation along with the total rental fees, after checking the availability of rental wheelchair in your requested period.

(3) request you to provide us with a copy of your passport.

(4) send you our online invoice of the total rental fees

(5) reservation process is confirmed once we receive the payment and a copy of your passport.
