c. How is the rental wheelchair packaged?

The rental wheelchair will be delivered in the carrying case. You are requested to return the wheelchair in the carrying case as well. The courier service will NOT accept the wheelchair itself. In the case where your returning location is not same as the receiving location, you need to take the carrying bag with you while you are using the wheelchair.
